Mangalica is a Hungarian breed of domestic pig. Slow cooked (confit) mangalica chop served with gravy and onion-bacon flavoured sautéed potatoes.

Wrap the pork medallions in bacon and roast it. Serve the medallions with creamed cheese sauce. Serve this course with potato croquette and steamed rice.
