    Drunken Knuckle of Ham from Csanak

    We braise chopped knuckle of ham ripened in spicy mustard marinade with white wine in the oven, then we roast it until crispy and serve it and the wine gravy with mashed potatoes and sautéed onions. You only need fresh bread to it.
