    We lay the smoked knuckle slices onto sauted potatoes that have been cut into circles, pour a good amount of sour cream mixed with garlic onto it, then put it in the oven. This meal is served in a baking dish with fried bacon on top. M, L or XL size.

    We braise chopped knuckle of ham ripened in spicy mustard marinade with white wine in the oven, then we roast it until crispy and serve it and the wine gravy with mashed potatoes and sautéed onions. You only need fresh bread to it.
