    Garlic in butter sauted, cooked with cream, seasoned with nutmeg.  As filling we use camember and nuts and serve it in crispy loaf.

    We cook a substantial soup out of rooster. This meal is served with large meat chunks, liver dumplings, vegetables and noodles.

    We prepare it from fine tasting spotted beans and serve the knuckle which was cooked in it cut into squares. Served with sour cream or vinegrait.
